As a rule of thumb, we recommend keeping all of our pieces away from liquids, oils and lotions to keep the color of the plating intact. We offer a 30 day guarantee on all of our pieces, so if any of your pieces tarnish, please contact us with your order # and a photo of the jewelry item that needs to be exchanged! 

Need to return or exchange your order? We offer our returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

We ship our items to you via DHL/USPS. If there seems to be a problem with your order being delivered to you or you think it’s lost, DHL and USPS are your first line of contact.

In the event that USPS, DHL, FedEx or UPS misplaces or loses your order, we are happy to send a replacement.
